New game launch by Mastercard

Mastercard has launched a new Web3-based trivia competition for football fans called pass to priceless, where fans can collect NFT passes by answering questions correctly about UEFA Champions League games. The quiz will be held before UEFA Champions League matches starting on February 13th until June 1st. Players who correctly answer questions will be rewarded with match tickets and have a chance to win tickets to the final match at Wembley stadium

ByBit x UniSat: An Inscription Marketplace on BRC-20 Ecosystem

Crypto exchange Bybit has announced a strategic partnership with UniSat, a bitcoin service provider, to integrate UniSat's cross-chain technology and establish a unified inscription platform that supports BRC-20 tokens across multiple blockchains. This removes the need for users to use multiple platforms and streamlines the inscription process.

It’s a significant milestone in the evolution of the inscription market as it allows users seamless access to analytics on BRC20 assets for informed trading decisions. UniSat's interoperability solutions will also open deeper liquidity pools for inscribed BRC-20 tokens on Bybit and broader access for investors and secondary markets.

Ethereum’s gas limit may be updated after three days 

On February 9, the Ethereum network saw a lot of action. This was mostly because of Uniswap, a decentralised exchange protocol, being used more. A lot of the Ethereum that was burned during this time was because of what was happening on Uniswap. This increase in activity on Uniswap was due to a lot of trading from projects like Pandora and DeFrogs, as well as other projects that use ERC-404. These projects had over $600 million in trading volume in just the past week.

In January, Vitalik Buterin pointed out that the gas limit hadn’t been raised for almost three years. This is the longest it’s ever gone without being raised. Buterin said that it would have been reasonable to raise the gas limit a little bit even then, and suggested that it could be raised to about 40 million.
